I’ve ran across one of the pretty interesting app in iTunes recently.  It turns out that social advertising in facebook is a sleek way to draw unsuspecting, unexpecting crowd to a product you never thought you’d want to use until you see it.

A brief look at all the built-in apps provided in iOS devices will immediately bring to light an insight almost anyone would notice easily—The built-in apps are lacking in many aspects.  While Apple has undoubtedly been long regarded as the forerunner of consumer technology innovation, one has to wonder why in the presence of such powerful devices in the iPhone and the iPad, would the fruit company leave their built-in apps waiting to be replaced by far better alternatives.  Evernote definitely puts the Notes app to shame.  Google Maps does the same for Apple Maps.  The list goes on.

Recordr too, at least in my personal evaluation, has already shadowed the built-in Voice Memos app in iOS.  You can sync it via Dropbox, Soundcloud, Google Drive, and of course, the ever-handy Email.

And if that’s not enough, this is the only app that actually syncs to your iCloud account.  In case you need help to find out where to enable it, just go to the Settings App and look for Recordr.  There, you can turn on iCloud sync.  This means that when you download the app on any of your handheld with iCloud enabled, all your recorded sound bites will be synced without you doing anything.  Now that’s really cool.  No other app does that as far as I know.

Overall, it costs only 1.99 USD and it has a free version too which is pretty good as it gives you upto 60 seconds of non-stop recording while the paid version gives you the entire breadth of your phone memory to use.

This thing is definitely worth a try and I actually pulled out a paid version into my phone for my own consumption.

Looks pretty good so far!
